General Speaker Information


All speakers must complete their own Housing Reservations. ISA will not reserve housing for you. You may print the housing form and fax or mail it to the housing bureau or you may make your reservations on line.

To insure you receive the conference rate you must make your reservation no later than June 26, 2008.

This form must be signed and submitted to Andrew Koeser by April 21st, 2008.
Your participation in the ISA Conference is important to the success of the event. As you are aware, prospective attendees rely on the promotional material announcing your participation. Upon your signature of this document, you agree that you will only cancel your participation due to circumstances beyond your control, and that you will notify us immediately. You also agree to waive any rights to approve or receive compensation for any marketing regarding the annual conference.
Speaker Confirmation Agreement

It is recommended that all presenters utilizing a PowerPoint presentation stop by the Speaker Ready Room (Room 200 in the America’s Center Convention Complex) one hour prior to their presentation. To assist you in preparing for your presentation, we will have the room equipped with a laptop computer. The Speaker Ready Room will be available from Saturday through Wednesday; hours will be listed in the onsite conference program available at the ISA registration desk in St. Louis.
A Speaker Continental Breakfast will be available in the Speaker Ready Room on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning; hours will be listed in the onsite conference program.

All education sessions will be held in America’s Center Convention Complex, located in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will be notified of your room location no later than July 1. This information will also be printed in the onsite conference program, available when you arrive to pick up your registration badge and speaker ribbon at the ISA registration desk during conference.
