I only came on to answer to the Wellingtonia question, but now you've introduced paving and trees. There is a good european article on tree roots and paving damage, I will try and source it for you. Or maybe your idea should be FLEXIBILITY "bouncy castles, paving and trees." Trees damage, and people fly!!!
