I have an old paperback from NCSU called "Herbicide Injury Sysmptoms and Diagnosis" $1.50. I don't know if it still in print. Check http://www.ces.ncsu.edu and snoop around or email one of the pathologists. This book had mostly fruit tree & crop symtoms, but I have found it a valuable resource.
