Urban ash decline

In Wyoming, I deal often with a syndrome labeled as "urban ash
decline" in green ash (Fraxinus pennsylvanica). The syndrome is
characterized by a general decline in tree health and extensive
canopy dieback. Cytophoma pruinosa canker is often present. Does
anyone have any experience elsewhere with this problem and what are
you doing to respond?
