Happy Holidays to all that have participated in this forum. In the past year there have been many topics discussed, some were good some were bad. All in all the group is moving in a positive direction even though it may be side tracked from time to
me from a poor posting.
I have seen some good author's leave and return a few months later. The fact that they return is encouraging. When new Arboricultural topics are posted the group generally responds well. When there is a lack of good Arboricultural topics the group w
ders to find discussion. The fact that we still post and respond to these wandering topics shows that people want to discuss more. Some people like to argue, some like to discuss in a more mellow tone. This is human nature and no matter where it is p
you have to deal with it. Can you imagine if we all had to sit down to dinner with each other in one large room. I would be willing to bet that the rhetoric would change or they would need allot of ANSI police to delete actions some may take.
The purpose of the forum is discussion of topics that will promote safe professional Arboriculture. By helping each other we help ourselves. I was told once that you can learn from everyone even if it is what not to say or do. I have learned much f
m this forum by many different authors. I hope that all will continue to post topics of their choice with out fear of ridicule in 1998.
I hope that all that have participated in discussion in the past year have a safe and happy Holiday Season.
