I think the most succinct answer to your question is the

question posed by a utility consumer about five entries

back on this listing "tree topping by utilities".

Bad PR probably costs utilities more than is saved

by using non pro line clearance operatives.

Especially with the increasing deregulation of the

supply and distribution Industry.
