Well now that you have criticized the current aerial rescue
techniques, what are your suggestions for improvement? High
angle rescue and swift water rescus techniques all have good
points but are not directly applicable to tree rescue. A
basic first aid background is not as good as an EMT or First
responder but is a darn sight better than no training and may
be all that is needed in most cases.
