Frequently Asked Questions for ISA Logos

How can I display the logo properly?

When displaying the ISA Certification logo, it is required to include the individual’s Certification ID number and name with the logo. It can’t appear as though the company is certified, it is an individual certification. If you are a business owner and would like to display the logo correctly, you may view the ISA Style & Branding Guide or you may contact Anne Jerutka at 217-355-9411 ext. 207.

How do I report false advertisements and/or logo misuse?

Please send a copy of the advertisement you have obtained to our office. It can be in the form of a yellow page ad, business card, or any other paperwork displaying misrepresentation by either an individual or company. Once received, it will be reviewed and course of action will be determined. Please send as much info as you can, including the fraudulent company’s name, address, phone, etc to Anne Jerutka at 217-355-9411 ext. 207 or email ajerutka@isa-arbor.com.

How can I get a digital copy of the logo?

You may receive a digital copy of the logo by contacting the Certification Department at cert@isa-arbor.com or by calling 217-355-9411. We require the name and ID number of the individual that is certified as well as a verifiable email address.

For further questions please call our office at 217-355-9411 or email us at cert@isa-arbor.com. We look forward to serving you!
